Inner Quest is a free, browser-based guided wellbeing experience created by Forgemind. Your privacy and peace of mind matter to us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

The short version: your reflections and journey choices stay entirely in your browser. We do not transmit your personal writing or exercise responses to any server.

We only collect information you explicitly provide:

• Newsletter subscription — if you choose to join our mailing list, we collect your name and email address.
• Cookie consent preference — stored locally in your browser via localStorage.

We do notcollect: journal entries, breathing session data, exercise responses, or any personal reflections you write during your journey. These exist only in your browser's memory and are never transmitted.

We use browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) for two purposes:

• ha_email_dismissed — records whether you have subscribed or dismissed the newsletter form, so we don't show it repeatedly.
• fm_cookie_consent — records that you have seen and accepted our cookie notice.

These values are stored only on your device. You can clear them at any time via your browser's developer tools or by clearing site data.

If you subscribe via the footer form, your name and email are submitted to our Forgemind CMS for mailing list management. We use this information solely to notify you of new Inner Quest experiences. We will never sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us at the address below.

Inner Quest is hosted on Forgemind infrastructure. We do not integrate analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media tracking on this experience.

The site is served over HTTPS. All data in transit is encrypted.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from communications at any time
