By accessing and using Inner Quest ("the Experience"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Experience.

Inner Quest is operated by Forgemind ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the experience available at hypnotic-adventure.forgemind.pro.

Inner Quest is a guided wellbeing and self-reflection experience. It is designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and personal reflection through interactive storytelling and evidence-informed techniques.

Important: Inner Quest is not a medical service, clinical therapy, or mental health treatment. It is not a substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

You may use Inner Quest for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the experience or its content
• Use the experience in any way that is unlawful or harmful to others
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content

All content within Inner Quest — including narrative text, design, artwork, music, and interactive elements — is the intellectual property of Forgemind and its licensors. All rights reserved.

The therapeutic techniques referenced (such as breathing exercises, grounding methods, and cognitive reframing prompts) are based on widely-practised, evidence-informed approaches and are presented for self-help purposes only.

Inner Quest includes ambient audio tracks. These are provided for your personal relaxation and may not be downloaded, distributed, or used outside of the experience without written permission from Forgemind.

The experience is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the experience will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific expectations or needs.

Results from self-reflection and mindfulness practices vary between individuals. Forgemind makes no claims about specific therapeutic outcomes from using Inner Quest.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgemind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Inner Quest. Our total liability for any claim related to the experience shall not exceed £0 (as the service is provided free of charge).

Your use of Inner Quest is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the experience after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
